Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReiningStats (the “Service”), provided by Performance Pony LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Disclaimers and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

You may create a free account to sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your magic-link email and social-login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or that we suspect of abuse.

Subscription & Billing

Some features are available only to Premium subscribers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Premium access through that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, including upon cancellation, account suspension, or inactivity.

We may change pricing from time to time. Any change will apply to your next renewal and we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.

No Warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranty that the data, scores, earnings, placements, or any other information presented on this site is accurate, complete, or current.

Best-Effort Data

All data on this site is compiled on a best-effort basis from publicly available sources including official show results and scoresheets. The data may contain errors introduced during digitization, optical character recognition (OCR), or manual transcription. Scores, earnings, placements, and maneuver-level data should not be relied upon as authoritative. For official results, please consult the relevant show producer or governing body (e.g., NRHA).

Publicly Available Information

Information presented on ReiningStats is derived from publicly available competition results and scoresheets. We do not claim ownership of the underlying data. We compile, digitize, and present this information as a service to the reining community.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Performance Pony LLC, its members, volunteers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use this site, or any errors or omissions in the data presented, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Not Affiliated

ReiningStats is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any governing body, show producer, or equine organization unless explicitly stated.

Changes to Data and Site

We reserve the right to modify, correct, or remove any data on this site at any time without notice. Shows, scores, and other information may be added, updated, or removed as new data becomes available or errors are identified. We may also change these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
