Who we are

ReiningStats (the “Service”) is operated by Performance Pony LLC. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information: when you sign in, we store your email address and a unique account identifier issued by our authentication provider. If you use a social login (Google, Apple, Facebook, or X), the provider shares your email and basic profile with us.
  • Payment information: if you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and stores your payment method. We never see or store full credit-card numbers. We receive subscription status (active, canceled, renewal date) and the last four digits of your card for display purposes.
  • Usage data: we use a privacy-respecting product-analytics tool to understand which features get used. This is limited to page views and event counts — we do not sell or share this data.
  • Cookies: session cookies keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

  • To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
  • To process subscriptions and manage billing through Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails (magic links, receipts). We do not send marketing emails.
  • To improve the Service (understand which features are used, find bugs).

Third-party processors

We share personal information only with the processors needed to run the Service:

  • Supabase — authentication + user database.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Google Cloud / Cloud SQL — application hosting and database.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • PostHog — product analytics.

Each is bound by its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

  • You can sign out at any time from your account page.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time; it will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
  • To request account deletion or a copy of your data, email privacy@reiningstats.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to satisfy our legal and accounting obligations. Payment records are retained according to the policies of our processor and applicable tax law.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
